Helen Slater Glass has worked on unique public and private sculptural commissions, in addition to interior design and art installation projects, over the last 25 years.

Outdoor Sculptures
Journey (2007) - Commission for The Churchill Hospital (Oxford)
Toughened laminated glass, mirrored glass and cast glass, hardwood and steel.
This was a commission I gained in 2007. The brief was to design a sculpture for the new wing of the Radcliffe Trust’s Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
This is an image taken just as the piece was finally installed, but since then the gardens have matured, benches have been painted and this courtyard has become a small peaceful sanctuary for visitors and patients to sit in on sunny days.
Commission for Saint Gobain Glass Ltd
Community Project, Yorkshire.

Saint Gobain Glass Commission
This was a community led project initiated with the local schools to design a suitable glass sculpture for this main production site in Yorkshire, which highlighted the projects that this company have worked on and their processes.
